Interbrand Design Forum (now ChangeUp) serves as the Architect of Record for hundreds of Starbucks Coffee renovations and tenant fit-outs. As a major client of Interbrand Design Forum, working with Starbucks requires deep familiarity with brand standards and equipment, and applying that knowledge to varying jurisdictions to obtain permit approval. My role on Starbucks projects included developing construction documents using detailed BIM models, preparing permit documentation for approval in varying jurisdictions throughout the U.S., and serving as the point of contact for permit expediters during the submission and review process. Starbucks projects were completed using Autodesk Revit.
